With digital-first operations and automated reporting, Medsure Labs removes the friction from routine and preventive diagnostics.
How it works:
Book a Test Choose your required diagnostic test or health package from the EMedsure Patient App or directly at any Medsure Clinic. Choose Sample Collection Method Opt for an in-clinic sample collection or book a convenient home visit by a certified Medsure phlebotomist. Sample Collection Your sample is collected safely and hygienically, either at the clinic or your home, and sent to the nearest Medsure Lab. Testing & Analysis Our labs use advanced diagnostic equipment and automated workflows to ensure fast and accurate results. Get Reports Digitally View or download your test reports securely from the EMedsure Patient App. Reports are also shared with your consulting doctor in real time. Next Steps Made Easy If needed, your care manager or doctor will guide you with follow-ups, prescriptions, or further consultation — all through a connected system.

Medsure Labs operate Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Home sample collection is available with prior booking.
Sample Turnaround Time:
Most routine test reports are available within 24 hours. Priority processing is available for urgent cases.Support:
